What carriers tell us they need

Honest framing — we're early-stage and don't fabricate testimonials. These are the recurring pain points carrier prospects raise on intake.

call_end

"My recruiter calls 200 drivers to fill one seat."

Stop paying for cold-call labor. AI matching scores every candidate against your lanes, equipment, pay, and home-time before a human sees them. Only qualified candidates surface in the profile pack we deliver.

payments

"Recruiting agencies charge $5K-$8K and the candidates don't fit."

Per-placement is $1,200 total — milestone-billed: $300 to engage, $600 at confirmed Hire Date, $300 after the driver clears 14 days on the road. Replacement at no charge if they separate within 30 days (per §5 of our SLA).

description

"I never know what I'm actually buying with a recruiter."

Our SLA spells it out in writing: scope, milestones, exclusions, timelines, and dispute resolution. You see the contract before you pay the engagement fee, and every milestone is invoiced separately.

Pricing in writing

$1,200 per placement, milestone-billed

The complete fee for every successful Placement is $1,200, paid in three milestones with independent invoices. Industry average per hire is $5,000–$8,200 (SHRM 2024 cost-per-hire benchmark) — about 85% less, with the scope and timeline written into the SLA.

Position-Spec Capture

Structured Position Spec (Exhibit A) captures lanes, equipment, CDL class, endorsements, pay, and home-time so matching scores against your real seat — not generic CDL keywords.

These workflows run in parallel. From the moment you submit a request, every system activates simultaneously — sourcing, screening, matching, and ranking. That is how candidate profiles land in your inbox within the 7-10 business day SLA window.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Honest answers to what carriers ask before signing up.

How is LMDR different from a traditional CDL recruiting agency?expand_more

Traditional agencies charge $5,000-$8,200 per placement and operate without a written scope or timeline. LMDR is governed by a written Driver Placement Services Agreement: $1,200 total per hire, milestone-billed ($300 engage / $600 placement / $300 retention), 7-10 business days to first candidates, 30-day replacement guarantee with explicit exclusions. You see the SLA before you pay the engagement fee.

What's actually included in the $1,200?expand_more

AI sourcing across 645,000+ FMCSA carriers, screening against your CDL-class / endorsement / experience requirements, outreach to qualifying candidates, delivery of candidate profiles to your designated contact, interview scheduling on request, and a Day-14 retention check-in. Background checks, MVR pulls, drug & alcohol testing, medical exams, and DQ-file compilation are NOT included — those remain Carrier's responsibility under 49 CFR Part 391.

How fast will I see candidates?expand_more

First candidate profiles are delivered within 7-10 business days of Engagement Activation (§3.2 of the SLA). Engagement Activation is the day we confirm receipt of your Position Specification (Exhibit A) and the $100 engagement fee. Material changes to the position spec after activation can extend the timeline — we'll notify you.

How does the 30-day replacement guarantee actually work?expand_more

If a placed driver separates within 30 calendar days of Hire Date for a reason not on the exclusion list, we provide one Replacement Candidate at no additional charge (already-paid engagement fee carries forward). You must notify us in writing within 5 business days of separation, and you must give us 20 business days to source a replacement before engaging another agency for the same seat. Replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy — no fee refunds.

When does the guarantee NOT apply?expand_more

Nine specific exclusions (§6): driver voluntarily quit without Carrier-controllable cause, driver terminated for misconduct/dishonesty/violence/drug-policy violation, Carrier materially changed pay or routes from Exhibit A, position eliminated, Carrier-controllable separation (equipment, dispatch, payroll), Carrier failed to notify within 5 business days, Carrier re-hired the driver independently, separation occurred after Day 30, or any LMDR fees were unpaid when the guarantee was invoked.

Are there long-term contracts?expand_more

No. The SLA covers a single Position Request at a time. Either side can terminate the agreement with 14 days' notice for convenience, or immediately for material breach with a 5-day cure period. Engagement fees on active Position Requests remain payable; Section 9 (confidentiality), Section 10 (non-solicitation), and Section 11 (liability) survive termination.

Do you replace our internal recruiters?expand_more

No. We act as a sourcing layer. Most carriers keep their internal recruiters and use LMDR-delivered candidate profiles as qualified inbound for their existing CRM, ATS, or onboarding flow. We do not contact your drivers, manage your pipeline, or run your interviews unless you ask.

What size company is this designed for?expand_more

The placement SLA is per-position, so it scales from single-truck owner-operators hiring their first employee up to enterprise fleets running multiple Position Requests in parallel. Each position requires its own Exhibit A and engagement fee.
